About Us

About Nexus Health Group

A Perth-based multidisciplinary allied health practice committed to connected, person-centred care. We bring together physiotherapy, exercise physiology and occupational therapy to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Our Story

Why We Built Nexus

The word Nexus means connection — and that’s exactly why we exist. Too often, allied health care is fragmented. Clients see different providers in different locations, repeat their story multiple times, and receive treatment plans that don’t talk to each other.

We founded Nexus Health Group to change that. By bringing physiotherapy, exercise physiology and occupational therapy together under one roof, we ensure our clinicians collaborate, share insights, and deliver collaborative care that puts the client at the centre.

Our Purpose

Connecting Care,
Improving Lives

We believe that when healthcare professionals collaborate, the people they serve get better outcomes. That belief drives everything we do.

What We Stand For

Our Values

Connection

Collaborative by Design

Our clinicians share knowledge, coordinate plans, and work as one integrated team — because connected care leads to better results.

Integrity

Honest and Transparent

We provide clear expectations, honest communication about your progress, and only recommend treatments that are supported by evidence.

Empowerment

Your Goals, Your Care

We don’t just treat symptoms. We educate, equip, and empower you to take an active role in your own health journey.

Our Team

Meet the Team Behind Your Care

Our clinicians are qualified, AHPRA-registered professionals who are passionate about helping people move better, live better, and feel better.
